]]> We decided to use some of the famous Bird’s Eye chillis for this one. It’s smoky, it’s salty, and we challenge you not to love this when doused on your tacos. A bit of mixed fruit for sweetness, and a white wine vinegar this time. It’s a different style to usual – more Latin American in style than Carribbean.

Ingredients: Water, White Wine Vinegar, Chilli (18%), Cherries (6%), Fruit Mix (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple) (4%), Onion, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Liquid Smoke (molasses, caramel colour), Garlic.

Vegan.
