Description

We’re proud to introduce a new chilli variety to you all – the “Smooth White” – a very unusual variety, and the first we’ve seen of it. The pods ripen from dark purple to cream, to yellow and finally to white! And that’s where we come in, to harness the great flavour and impressive heat. This was a fairly simple one, ingredient-wise, to let the chillis do the talking. We just added some lychees and some fresh lime juice, and the result is a lovely pale colour – guaranteed to lull everyone into a false sense of heat security!

Ingredients: Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chilli (21%), Onion, Lychee (5%), Salt, Fresh Lime Juice, Garlic, Stabiliser (xanthan gum).

Vegan.
