Description
We should be very clear from the outset – this is not a blended peach purée – we just liked the name, and it’s made from Peach Ghost peppers. It does contain some peaches to keep the colour and the flavour all in line, and we added some banana and pineapple for texture/acidity too. Yummy yummy in your tummy. It’s another one where the light colour will fool your brain into thinking it’s on the milder side. Let’s be clear about something else: it’s not mild in the slightest. The wonderfully sweet/sour amchoor (dried mango) powder caps of this deliciously punchy sauce.

Ingredients: Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chilli (14%), Tinned Peach (9%), Pineapple (5%), Banana (2%), Onion, Garlic, Salt, Amchoor Powder, Stabiliser (xanthan gum).
Vegan.
