Fatalii Attraction (100ml)

Description

Another new variety for us here at Catford Fire – the fatalii has a fruity, citrus flavor with a searing heat comparable to the habanero, and a lovely yellow colour. We love it. We added some pineapple and fresh lime juice to balance the sweetness and acidity, and it’s turned out very nicely indeed. Don’t be fooled by the colour – this sauce is a zinger.

Ingredients: Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chilli (22%), Pineapple (11%), Onion, Garlic, Salt, Coconut Sugar, Fresh Lime Juice, Stabiliser (xanthan gum).

Vegan.
