It’s time for some more of the deliciously aromatic scotch bonnets, and we just couldn’t resist a twist on the very popular Hey Mango that flew off the shelves recently. We used the sweet and sourness of the amchoor powder, and decided a bit of raw organic cacao would set it all of a treat. The fresh mango adds just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, resulting in a satisfyingly hot sauce that you will want to add to everything.
Ingredients: Water, scotch bonnet chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, agave nectar, salt, amchoor powder, cacao powder, garlic, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
