Description
Chocolate habaneros are one of our all-time favourites here at Catford Fire. They have such a lush colour and flavour, and pack an almighty, but not death-defying punch. We love them. They don’t taste of chocolate, of course, so we added some cacao to put that right. A small amount of fruit, and a pinch of cinammon and we nailed it on the first taste without any need for modification. We’re getting good at this, it seems!

Ingredients: Water, chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, papaya, pineapple, agave nectar, cacao, garlic, salt, cinammon, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
