Vampire’s Return (250ml)

The Vampire range quickly became a cult classic here at Catford Fire. The question is always, how to take the previous recipe and take it somewhere different. We’ve done just that. We took our famous homemade black garlic and some particularly outrageous Carolina Reapers from our growers in Cornwall, added some salt, and fermented the crap out of them for 4 weeks. Then, we added some oven-roasted garlic and fresh garlic, and some fresh mango, and blended. OOOOFT! It’s a beast. This is probably the hottest one we’ve done, yet at the same time, super-complex, flavour-wise.

Ingredients: Water, chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, agave nectar, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
