Description

We decided to use some of the famous Bird’s Eye chillis for this one. It’s smoky, it’s salty, and we challenge you not to love this when doused on your tacos. A bit of mixed fruit for sweetness, and a white wine vinegar this time. It’s a different style to usual – more Latin American in style than Carribbean.

Ingredients: Water, White Wine Vinegar, Chilli (18%), Cherries (6%), Fruit Mix (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple) (4%), Onion, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Liquid Smoke (molasses, caramel colour), Garlic.

Vegan.
