Last year, the armageddons just didn’t happen, rather like the end of days itself. This year, we got the call – they were ready. We only managed to score a few, as they’re rather precious after all, but a few kg is better than no kg. We’ve had some great success using the sour green mango powder known as amchoor, so we blended that with some mango fruit and the result is frankly going to make you wish the Prophet Hen of Leeds (Google it, it’s a thing) had it right all along.

Ingredients: Water, chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, agave nectar, garlic, amchoor, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
