Back in the day, we made a sauce called Vampire’s Tears, and it was a big hit. This isn’t a reboot, but it does bring back our homemade black garlic for a very welcome reappearance. This uses scotch bonnets, black garlic and a nice hint of smokiness, with the sweetness provided by some mango and some coconut sugar. This is going to fly out in a flash.
Ingredients: Water, scotch bonnet chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, coconut sugar, natural smoke flavour, garlic, black garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
