We’ve just bagged some of the elusive Rwandan yellow habaneros, and quickly whipped up a real treat for you. Because the peppers have so much character, we didn’t do too much to this one, but zapped in a bit of the deliciously tart amchoor (sour green mango powder), which really does this sauce justice. Hot, but very well-rounded.
Ingredients: Water, yellow habanero, apple cider vinegar, onion, pineapple, agave nectar, garlic, sea salt, amchoor powder, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
