It’s the platinum jubilee, so naturally, we’re thinking of a sauce that we can put together and give an epic name to. Introducing: Lovely Jubilee – a spicy, but not outrageous tribute to our dear Liz. Made with scotch bonnets, ginger and banana, this is certainly no blushing princess, but more of a fruity queen. The chillis have been left to mature since slicing, making this a more complex sauce than normal. We think you’ll like it.
Ingredients: Water, scotch bonnet chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, banana, ginger, agave nectar, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
