Peaches & Scream (100ml)

Description

We love the Jay’s Peach Ghost peppers here at Catford Fire, and this year brings another round of zingers straight from Cornwall. They are pale and peachy, but hot damn, do they pack a punch. We added a bit of peach (obviously), some pineapple, and some lime juice for extra zing, and we love it.

Ingredients: Water, peach ghost chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, peach, pineapple, grape juice (citric acid), agave nectar, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
