Whoop whoop! We got our hands on some Cornish Carolina Reapers, and BOY, are they hot! Since loads of you have been asking about my Vampire’s concoctions with black garlic, I thought I’d deliver!
It’s fruitier than usual, but those chillies are BIG, so it needs it. The result is a very balanced, but very fierce sauce.

Ingredients: Water, chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, pineapple, papaya, banana, agave nectar, black garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
