After the success of the last ‘Oh, Yellow’ sauce, we quickly grabbed some more of the Rwandan yellow habaneros, given their extra punch this year. We also had around a kilo of the Jamaican Yellow peppers from Cornwall which went into the mix, along with some ripe plantains, some fresh turmeric, and some fresh ginger. Not gonna lie, this one is the Bomb!
Ingredients: Water, yellow habanero & Jamaican yellow chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, plantain, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, agave nectar, garlic, sea salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
