After the blazing success of “Yellow Fever”, we knew we needed to make another sauce with the yellow habs and divine aji limons. So we did! Don’t be deceived, though – lighter colour doesn’t mean milder sauce. This one packs some serious heat. Pineapple provides the sweetness here, and we can’t stop dipping tortilla chips in it. Also, we can’t stop looking at it – such a lovely colour!
As with all Catford Fire sauces, gently does it!
Ingredients: Water, yellow habanero and aji limon chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, pineapple, agave nectar, salt, lime leaf, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
