Normally, we get a nice delivery of Peach or White Ghost peppers from our friends down at the chilli farm in Cornwall, but this year, they called us to say they’d turned yellow, and did I want them? Ummm, yes, please! Zesty and fiery – we love them! So we paired them up with a bit of lemon juice and unwaxed zest and some lovely lychees, and bottled this up quicker than you can say the name on the bottle. Yup – we think you’re going to like this one.

Ingredients: Water, chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, lychee (sugar syrup, citric acid), agave nectar, lemon, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
