We’ve scored a big load of fiery red scotch bonnets, which we love here at Catford Fire. Then we added a good handful of fresh ginger, and some pineapple, mango, cherry and papaya for sweetness and extra zing and texture. It sounds like a bit of a fruit salad, but made no mistake – we’ve balanced it all well and it’s still very much a chilli sauce! It’ll pair really well with anything you can throw at it, we think.
Ingredients: Water, scotch bonnet chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, pineapple, mango, papaya, cherries, ginger, agave nectar, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
