More Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, you say? Why of course! The last one we did was red, and we managed to get our hands on some of the slightly more elusive yellow variety – still very hot, but slightly more rounded in flavour.
To this one, we added banana for a great level of sweetness and subtle flavour. You don’t taste the banana (that would be weird) but it does an important job. A touch of ginger works a treat here as well, but overall, this is deceptively hot – don’t let the yellowness fool you.
Ingredients: Water, yellow Trinidad moruga scorpion chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, banana, ginger, agave nectar, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
