Out of nowhere, we managed to score some UK-grown nagas, which was unexpected at this time of year, so we quickly swooped in and ordered some. The sweetness comes naturally from the fresh banana and mango, and we lifted it with some jaggery, for extra exotic kudos. The trick with this one was the organic cacao, which any chilli fiend will tell you pairs beautifully with chilli. The result is an intensely fiery, but satisfyingly fruity number that we know you’re going to love.

Ingredients: Water, naga chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, banana, jaggery, cacao, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
