What can I say? You are in love with the yellow stuff. So I made you some more. A twist on the previous yellow sauces (You Had Me At Yellow and Yellow Fever) involves adding in some papaya and mango with the pineapple. It’s good and fruity, but still has some decent heat to it. There aren’t many things we wouldn’t have this with, but Latin food is the obvious one, especially anything with a tortilla chip attached to it!
Ingredients: Water, yellow habanero & aji limon chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, pineapple, mango, papaya, agave nectar, garlic, salt, lime leaves, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
