We thought we’d give you a bit of a break. It’s all been hot, hot, hot, hot, hot so far, but not all of you want that. This one was a bit special, actually. It’s made with a load of chillis from my mum’s greenhouse, hence the big blend. I made it for my parents, but of course, I made too much with the aim of selling some to you lovely people.
It’s called mild child, as it’s no wild child, but it’s still not totally mild, child. You dig? In other words, it’s milder, but it’s not ketchup. It is nice and fruity, though, with big ripe mangos providing the sweetness.
Ingredients: Water, apple cider vinegar, basket of fire chilli, turkish pickling chilli, onion, royal black chilli, purple jalapeño, mango, shallots, salt, pepper, garlic, xanthan gum.
