With the heat of fiery Naga chillis and the decadence of freshly roasted garlic, this little minx can afford to be a bit aloof.
We started with the fierce naga chilli with this one. Then we added some mango for fruitiness and sweetness, and then we added garlic. But that wasn’t enough for us here at Catford Fire, so we added some roasted garlic as well, which is what you’ll get as soon as you open the bottle. None of our sauces are garlicky, as we try to keep the flavours balanced, but the caramelised goodness of this one is what dominates. Really delicious.
As with all superhot sauces, slowly does it!
Ingredients: Water, naga chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic (roasted & non-roasted), mango, agave nectar, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
