Cornwall is finally ripe! We love this time of year, as they really are the very best chillies money can buy. These Dorset Naga beauties will set you right up for a fiery day, and we can’t get enough of this one at Catford Fire HQ. We didn’t need to do a lot to this, as the chillies are packed with flavour, but a touch of mango and pineapple, coupled with some turmeric to fend off any winter nasties give this all it needs to make you very happy indeed.
