What can we say? This sauce is made from the current title holder of hottest chilli on earth, clocking in at a colossal 2 million SHU. It’s not all about pure strength though – you are quite capable of mashing some chillis on your own – we wanted to create something you can enjoy as well. 100ml bottle.
Given the pure power of this chilli, a bit of sweetness was needed, so we used date syrup to really bring out the flavour. Other than that, we wanted to keep it fairly simple. One bottle will last you a while!
Don’t be a hero and eat half a teaspoon of this. It’s delicious, but also very strong stuff.
Ingredients: Water, armageddon chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, banana, plum vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, fresh curry leaf, star anise, salt, pepper, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
