Description
This is the very last of the Cornish Carolina Reapers, so we decided we’d finish the season off in style. There’s no doubt that the black garlic and these reapers is a winning combo, so we’ve twisted the recipe once again.
As usual, it’s incredibly hot, but the blend of fruits keep things in check.
Ingredients: Water, chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, pineapple, banana, agave nectar, black garlic, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum), cinammon.
